Gian Marco Bellato charms machines the way the Pied Piper does with animals: he enchants them, tames them, softens them.
Whether analog or digital, thanks to him we master our production processes… even if we print slowly — after all, we’re still artisans.

Manlio Caiazza watches over Gnostic Tower as a paladin watches over his kingdom. A promoter and protector, he manages and defends our retail stores with dedication.
Guardian not only of revenue but also of the magic of human connection, with his power he turns the concept of business into a Round Table, transforming every customer into a friend.

YukiOnna, White Mage and Art Director
Martina Scusato’s pen is like a scepter whose magic heals and empowers the party. In her gaze, images find balance, colors reconcile, and wounded ideas heal.
She directs Gnostic Tower’s artistic vision as a white mage leads a ritual of light, infusing our works with the gentleness needed to convey our messages.

Marco, Black Mage and HR Manager
Marco Bighin knows the shadows behind every Tower and faces them with the calm of someone who’s read too many spells. Guardian of human energy and payrolls, he balances chaos and order, salaries and vacations. He doesn’t sugarcoat — he transmutes: turning conflicts into strength and weaknesses into alliances. He’s the mage who works in the dark so that everyone else can shine.

RickHinu, Mecha and Comic Artist
Half cat and half machine, Riccardo Ferro turns electric impulses into lines, and data into emotions. When he’s not drawing, he connects to the real world to power the Towers with his energy — through dialogue, trade, and sharing. His linework blends the rawness of metal with the sweetness of imagination: precise as an algorithm, yet sensitive as a heart drawn by hand.
